Internal Complaint Committee

Introduction

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) was constituted in the College on 15th October, 2022 on the bases of UGC (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2015 -2nd May 2016. It is formed according to the provisions of the POSH ACT- Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act of 2013, 9th December 2013 (Prevention, prohibition and Redressal).
 

The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) aims to remove gender bias or
discrimination and providing a safe and conducive environment as well as providing equal protection to all students, teaching and non-teaching staff of the college . The ICC of the College has to receive and redress complaints of sexual harassment and take appropriate disciplinary action as initiated by the members in accordance to the rules and regulations of the college.
